How do I claim the OLEV workplace grant?

With the OLEV workplace charging scheme, you can claim up to £350 towards the cost of EACH workplace charging point. With a maximum of 40 sockets, you could claim £14,000. Claiming your workplace EV charging grant is a very simple process: all you need to do is answer a few short questions and show us some documents whilst ordering your workplace charging point. Our team of specialists will then claim the workplace charging grant on your behalf.

What is the OLEV workplace charging scheme?
​
The OLEV workplace charging scheme includes allocation of a government grant for electric vehicles, provided by the Office for Low Emission Vehicles (OLEV).
The OLEV workplace grant, also known as the Workplace Charging Scheme (WCS), provides up to £350 per socket towards the cost of purchasing and installing electric vehicle charge points within the workplace. The workplace EV charging grant can cover up to 20 sockets, enabling businesses to claim up to £14,000.

The Steadfast Group have been authorised by OLEV for the workplace charging scheme, as well as having approval from a range of charge point manufacturers to install a range of charge point models. How do I qualify for the OLEV Workplace Charging Scheme?

To qualify for the OLEV Grant for Workplace Charging, you must meet the following requirements:

You must be a business, charity or public authority (i.e. the Armed Forces, a local government, the NHS and emergency services), providing you have off street parking for staff or fleet use.

You must use an OLEV-approved work charging point installer.
